PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the reduction of the cost of products by raising productivity in a press forming device. SOLUTION: A 1st press die 2 for performing press working to 1st works 14 and the 2nd press die 3 for performing the press working to 2nd works 15 are arranged on a press 1 are arranged so that the feed directions of the 1st work 14 and the 2nd work 15 are opposed and also a caulking machine 4 for integrating the 1st work 14 and the 2nd work 15 by caulking is arranged in the part where the 1st press die 2 and the 2nd press die 3 are opposed. When using the press forming device having such constitution, the press working to the 1st and 2nd works 14, 15 with the 1st and 2nd press dies 2, 3 and caulking with the caulking machine 4 are performed at the same time, so, as compared with the case that these working are respectively performed in separated processes, for example, the productivity with the press forming device is improved and the cost of products is reduced.
