PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems in the increasing of illicitly parked bicycles in which the bicycles are popularized, and number of persons utilizing the bicycles to go to an office, a school and the like are increased, as a result, causing the increase of the removing work by a community, and high laborious load on a worker and a non-efficient work in moving a locked bicycles. SOLUTION: This special tool for improving the efficiency of the work is developed to be introduced to a work field. Though a structure of the tool is simple but it has various effects. Even an aged worker can easily use this tool to stably execute the moving work in safety without laborious load, so that the working efficiency and the safety in work can be remarkably improved. The tool has the structure capable of being easily mass-produced, and can be inexpensively manufactured. Further the tool is strong and has high durability, and can be easily stored and carried.
