PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a young sardine-containing fried fish ball in which other species of unprocessed fishes are directly mixed. SOLUTION: This young sardine-containing fried fish ball is obtained by mixing the raw young sardines S in a ground fish meat F, molding the resultant mixture with a mold and then frying the molded mixture in a fryer. A binder and a deodorizing material for imparting a fragrance and removing a malodor of raw meat are added to the fried fish ball. |
