PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately measure a surface moisture of aggregate, which can be carried out continuously even though a state of the aggregate is changed, when the moisture of the aggregate is measured. SOLUTION: A pivoting movement of a moisture sensor is adjusted so that an amplitude width of a measured value becomes constant by a method wherein a measuring angle of a moisture measuring part 8 provided to the moisture sensor 1 is adjusted to an outflow direction of the aggregate by pivoting motion of the moisture sensor 1, and the measured value is compared with a set value previously stored in a memory part 9 with a control part 10.
