PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate complicated work such as change of a tool to enhance workability and productivity, by making a plurality of steering wheel fixing jigs set respectively corresponding to plural vehicle types used commonly. SOLUTION: This tool is provided with a visor holder part 22 fixed onto one end part of a body part 12 via rod parts 16a, 16b to hold a meter visor, a slide part 26 displaced freely in the other end part via a guide groove 24 of the body part 12, and a steering holder part 32 for holding a steering wheel. The steering holder part 32 is fixed in an optional position by inserting a protruded part 48 of a locking pin member 34 connected to the body part 12 into in an optional position in positioning holes 50a-50c formed plurality.
