<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for surely sterilizing and cleaning a water- supply pipe, and to provide a method therefor. SOLUTION: The water-supply transverse pipe 16A is provided with the sterilizing and cleaning apparatus 10 of the water-supply pipe. The bypass pipe 24 of the sterilizing and cleaning apparatus 10 of the water-supply pipe is connected to the water-supply transverse pipe 16A at one end 24A and the other end 24B. The upstream part of the bypass pipe 24 is provided with a pump 26, and the bypass pipe 24 at the downstream from the pump 26 is provided with an ozone mixing device 30. The ozone mixing device 30 is provided with eight permanent magnetic bars 32 therein. At the adjacent of the ozone mixing device 30, an ozone generator 34 is arranged to supply ozone generated in the ozone generator 34 to the ozone mixing device 30.</p> |
