PURPOSE: To provide a waterproof construction of instruments for vehicle in which connectors can be easily fitted to or detached from the instruments, the construction of a lower cover can be simplified, and the waterproofing can be ensured. CONSTITUTION: This waterproof construction of instruments for vehicle is constituted so that connectors 15 to be connected to FPC 7 are fitted on the back side of a case 1 receiving the movement 2 of instruments, and a lower cover 5 is fitted so as to cover the back of the case 1. The connector 15 is fixed to the back of the case 1 under the condition in which the conductive pattern of a printed circuit board 17 is pressed to the exposed conductive connecting part of the FPC 7, cylinder parts 15a are formed so as to surround the circumference of the connector 15 on the position corresponding to the connector 15 of the lower cover 5, and the extreme end parts of the inside of the cylinder parts 15a are contacted with the surface of the circumferential edge part of the printed circuit board 17 projected to the circumference of the connector 15, and hence the lower cover 5 is fitted. |
