PURPOSE: Provided is a vacuum packed Armorclad rockfish to increase consumption of Armorclad rockfish and to easily use it for a hot chowder, a steamed dish and the like at home. CONSTITUTION: The vacuum packed Armorclad rockfish is produced by collecting fresh Armorclad rockfish; immediately killing it; removing the intestines and the scales therefrom; washing the Armorclad rockfish with fresh water; freezing it; and packaging the frozen Armorclad rockfish under vacuum condition.
