PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magneto-optical disk that attains stable recording/write/ read without the need for a hub attached thereto so as to share a drive in common with a CD-ROM or other disk without the hub. SOLUTION: In a magneto-optical disk comprising a single or a plurality of layers including at least a magneto-optical recording film on one side of a transparent substrate, a center hole with a diameter of 15.0-15.1 mm is formed through the substrate of a disk center, the absolute value of a tilt of the disk is selected to be 2.5 mRa or below, the eccentricity acceleration at 1800 rpm is selected to be 1.5 m/s<2> or below and the face wobbling acceleration is selected to be 7.0 m/s<2> .
