PURPOSE: Provided are a rubber-reinforced thermoplastic resin and a rubber-reinforced thermoplastic resin composition. The rubber-reinforced thermoplastic resin and the rubber-reinforced thermoplastic resin composition according to the present invention can be used for the parts, chassis, housings, etc., of various industrial products such as OA equipment, household electrical appliances, products in the electric and electronic fields, miscellaneous goods, sanitary products, vehicles, etc. CONSTITUTION: A rubber-reinforced thermoplastic resin comprises a copolymer resin(A1) obtainable by polymerizing a vinyl monomer(b1) in the presence of an acrylic rubber-like polymer(a), or a mixture of resin(A1) and a (co)polymer(A2) of a vinyl monomer(b2), polymer(a) comprising 50 to 98% by weight of acrylic rubber-like polymer particles(a1) which have a particle size of less than 350 nm and 2 to 50% by weight of acrylic rubber-like polymer particles(a2) which have a particle size of not less than 350 nm, and the amount of polymer(a) being 5 to 80% by weight based on the thermoplastic resin. A rubber-reinforced thermoplastic resin composition comprises: (I) a thermoplastic resin; and (II) a non-diene rubber-like polymer-reinforced thermoplastic resin, being different from resin (I); the content of the acrylic rubber-like polymer in the rubber-reinforced thermoplastic resin(I) being 1 to 40% by weight, and the content of non-diene rubber-like polymer in resin(II) being 1 to 40% by weight.
