PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To meet the need of the use of a video-on-demand service which will spread quickly in the future, from the point of view that there is a possibility of the operability of a television becoming complicated as the biggest problem, when a server performs delivery service by video-on-demand using a television, so that it is important not to loose the present operability of the television, when the server performs the program delivery with a media high in public use such as a television, because the advantage of television will be lost, unless anyone ranging from child, ran to elderly persons, and disabled persons can use it. SOLUTION: This system realizes a method of taking a video program table into the storage device on the side of a terminal device and automatically delivering a program, when it comes to the delivery time after a viewer selects beforehand many programs that the desires to view, and a method of lightening the charges on a viewer, by combining a pay program and the advertisement of a sponsor, connecting a terminal device connected with the television and a host computer for controlling the video program connected to the Internet network. |
