PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To distinguish e-mails addressed to cellular phones and attain an easy reading of the mails cutting and recapping them. SOLUTION: A mailing system comprises a public communication line 3, an e-mail apparatus 4 composed of a communication control means 40, an operation input means 41, an e-mail preparing means 42 to prepare e-mails consisting of titles and body texts, a destination input means 43 and an e-mail transmitting/receiving means 46 and a cellular phone 2 composed of a radio communication control means 20, an operation input means 21, an mail transmitting/receiving means 22 and a display means 24, the apparatus 4 comprises an abstract text preparing means 47 with a recap program 47a to prepare cut abstract texts with cutting and recapping the body texts, a portable discriminating means 48 to discriminate destinations addressed to the phone 2, a portable mail preparing means 49 to prepare mails addressed to the phone 2 and a mail assigning means 50 to assign addresses addressed to the phone 2 corresponding to the mails addressed to the phone 2. |
