SOLUTION: A picture output device is constituted by providing a first information processing means 101 for processing a first information and a second information processing means 102 which is arranged freely attachably/detachably to/from the first information processing means 101 to process a second information. The first information processing means 101 is provide with a detecting means 103 for detecting the state of the second information processing means 102 and an image output means 104 for outputting the image by prescribed output resolution based on a detection output.
