PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a handwritten document input method and program for preparing an optimal document having a different layout according to enterprise unit/employee unit and necessary minimum items, and allowing a customer to easily entering thereon. SOLUTION: Postion information of the respective items of the individually prepared document and position information on an integral input business format are printed on the document as a two-dimensional symbol, the handwritten document inputted by the customer are read by an image scanner, the two-dimensional symbols are read by a reader and recorded in a database, and the image data are cut and pasted using information including the position obtained from the two-dimensional symbol and developed on an integral input screen. |
