PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for supporting facility modification planning application, capable of securing safety and reliability in a view field of a long term, effectively maintaining a facility, and optimally apportioning a resource by comprehensive evaluation of facility soundness. SOLUTION: A life in every machine facility is defined in the first step, a life consumption from installation of the machine facility up to its life is classified into a prescribed stage to impart an evaluation point, the evaluation points among the different facilities are evaluated in the second step by a matrix, including a degree of influence when reaching to the life and a degree of easiness in the reach to the life as to the each machine facility in one unit, soundness in each of plural plants and a degree of expectation thereof in operational view based on an operation plan in the future are evaluated in the third step to be transferred to optimization of total modification plan business based on the evaluated evaluation point, and the optimum modification for the facility is conducted thereby. |
