PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication system and a mail transmitting method capable of conveniently and economically performing e-mail broadcast transmission. SOLUTION: A control part 20 decides the existence/absence of an e-mail file in a step 100, moves to a step 101 when the e-mail file exists, and acquires the e-mail file. The control part 20 decides the existence/absence of a transmission destination file in a step 102, moves to a step 103 when the transmission destination file exists, acquires the transmission destination file and subsequently prepares a telephone number group file and an e-mail address group file in a step 108. The control part 20 decides the existence/absence of an attached file in a step 104, moves to a step 105 when the attached file exists, and acquires the attached file. The control part 20 transits a transmission file combined by two times communication in steps 106 and 107 to a communication controller 100 via a base station BS1 and a communication line network N and finishes transmitting of the transmission file.
