PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent occurrence of torque down. SOLUTION: In a rotor manufacturing method of magnet motor having a boss member 20 on which an inner peripheral tapered surface 23 is formed and a yoke 11 with a boss member insertion opening 14 on the bottom 13, and a fixed by the boss member 20 inserted into the boss member insertion opening 14 of the yoke 11, fine protrusions 28 formed on the inner peripheral tapered surface 23 are preliminary crushed by pressing the outer peripheral tapered surface 42 of a jig 40 into the inner peripheral tapered surface 23 of the boss member 20. Accordingly, dropping of torque at loosening of a screw member can be prevented even if angular acceleration of the engine actuates after the boss member is taper-connected with the engine rotary shaft, since the protrusions on the inner peripheral tapered surface are preliminarily crushed.
