PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of twisting being generated in a cable, because the direction of a drum is not in parallel with the insertion direction of the cable, when a television camera for investigating the inside of a fixing tube is inserted, the top and bottom of the camera is inverted and confirmation of an image being difficult, difficulty in stopping the camera at an abnormal portion and image, and an accurate distance from the abnormal being unable to be known, because a person checking an abnormal state on a monitor image plane is different from a person inserting and pulling out the camera. SOLUTION: A cable drum of the television camera for a fixing tube is set to be in parallel with the insertion direction as shown in figure 1, in order to solve the problem. Unevenness in timing belt type is formed on the cable. Consequently, it is made possible for the cable to be inserted and pulled out, by remote operation using a driving device like a motor.
