PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fire/gas leak alarm which can set a delay time of signal transmission output to a gas controlling device to an optimum time according to the state. SOLUTION: This fire/gas leak alarm related to the present invention is provided with a gas detection part 4 and a fire detection part 3, and a signal converter 11 is provided for signal transmission output for controlling gas supply to predetermined gas controlling devices at least either when gas leak is detected through the gas detection part 4, or when a fire occurrence is detected by the fire detection part 3, and this signal converter 11 changes a delay time for signal transmission output according to detection results of gas leak or fire occurrence.
