PURPOSE: A method for operating an educational server is provided to connect a lecture to a trainee selectively by making a lecturer search a lecture condition of a trainee notified on a web and be connected to a trainee who suggested a proper condition. CONSTITUTION: A lecturer and a trainee are authenticated from a member information DB of a server(S1). The authenticated trainee notifies a lecture requesting condition in a taking lecture DB(S2). The lecturer searched the lecture requesting condition and informs a contacting intention to the trainee to the server(S3). The contacting intention is transmitted to a contacting address of the trainee, and the lecturer and the trainee are contacted therewith(S4). A temporary contract is concluded between the lecturer and the trainee through the contact, and a preliminary lecture is performed(S5). It is judged whether the lecture is maintained or not in accordance with a result of the preliminary lecture(S6). If the lecture is maintained, a tuition fee is charged to the trainee(S7). If the lecture is completed, the tuition fee is supplied to the lecturer(S9).
