PURPOSE: A hands-free device receiving power by using an external charging terminal of a cellular phone battery is provided to variably control a power pickup terminal by adjusting an inclined angle of an external charging terminal surface of a battery to a position of the external charging terminal, thereby continuing to use a cellular phone. CONSTITUTION: A transmitter(20) detachable from a back of a cellular phone battery is divided into a front cover(200) and a back cover(200a). A coupling groove(213) is punctured in the middle of the front cover(200), and a magnet(212) is built in. A coupling groove(216) is inserted in an external middle of the back cover(200a) to form a body housing(210). A transmission module(214) is built in the body housing(210) to retransmit a voice signal inputted to a jack(218). A hinge unit(219) is formed to couple a terminal housing(230). The terminal housing(230) coupled with the body housing(210) is rotated at a right angle by the hinge unit(219). Many fixing grooves(234) for fixing a terminal unit(240) are horizontally formed. A front cover(220) punctures a slide opening hole. The back cover(220a) is opposite to the front cover(220). The terminal unit(240) is slid between the covers(220,220a).
