PURPOSE: A light guide plate having a design structure is provided to emit light in differently shaped inner areas in the style of a surface light source mostly with the uniform high luminance even without using any shielding plate. CONSTITUTION: A light guide plate forming a surface light source in a predetermined design shape, wherein a scatter pattern is formed only at the inner bottom surface of the design shape where light is desired to be emitted, and that the design shape is modified to reduce the boundary of the design into the inside of the design as much as predetermined distance. |
