SOLUTION: In the apparatus, a contents delivery control part 111, when receiving a download request for contents data 131, informs the fact to a summarizing part 112 for number of downloading times, the part 112 informing the fact counts up the number of downloading times stored into a table 121a by contents in a summarizing table 121 for number of downloading times. A home page management part 113 acquires the number to assign a large bulletin area on the home page in order of the number of acquired contents data 131, so that data for home page 132 is updated and managed according to the assignment. |
