PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently provide information for judging a property value of an immovable estate. SOLUTION: A control computer 21 extracts information providing objects positioned within the first reference range as reference objects, using an area within a prescribed distance from the objective thing as the first reference range. Respective evaluation value are acquired based on positional information between the objective thing and the reference object and similarity of attribute information, and total of the evaluation values is calculated as an integrated evaluation value. Attributes and positions on a map are displayed on a display part of a display terminal 25 based on the integrated evaluation value, using a prescribed number of the reference objects as reference display objects. A display range for the map for displaying the objective things and the reference objects is set in the display of the position, and an enlargement ratio for the displayed map is changed. The second reference range is set when the prescribed number of the reference objects does not exist in the first reference range. |
