<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To urge an outpatients receiving home care to periodically go to a hospital, and enable urging to go to a hospital and suitable support by collecting consultation information of the outpatient. SOLUTION: The outpatient brings a consultation card 24 at the time of going to the hospital, and consultation information including at least the date of going to the hospital is inputted in the consultation card when the outpatient sees a doctor. After coming home, the consultation information stored in the consultation card is read by an information recording/communicating device 22 added or connected to a home medical device 20, and sent to a managing center 3. The managing center 3 can collect the consultation information including a history of visiting the hospital, lists up out patients have not come to the hospital yet at the next time of going to hospital, and suitably urges the patients to come to the hospital.</p> |
