PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cash drawer control device capable of reducing power consumption in opening a cash drawer. SOLUTION: A driver circuit 24 for supplying power to a solenoid of the cash drawer 26 for opening a drawer, a control means 21 for controlling a start and a stop of power supply to the cash drawer by the driver circuit, a maximum operating time timer 22 for counting a time from an indication by the control means to start the power supply to the driver circuit and outputting a signal when the time reaches to a maximum operating time, and an open time holding timer 25 for counting a time from a point when a status signal of the case drawer indicates an opening started state, and outputting a signal when the time reaches to a set holding time. The control means stops the power supply to the case drawer by the driver circuit at a time when either of the signals of the open time holding timer or the maximum operating time timer is outputted first. Opening operation of the cash drawer can be controlled securely by minimum power by hardware.
