摘要 PURPOSE: A method is provided to set up and manage treatment plan by measuring in vivo radiation exposure amount in a simple and accurate manner, while allowing the measurement result to be used as a study model for reducing cancer and malformation. CONSTITUTION: A method is characterized in that in radiation dose if measured by counting the apoptotic cells per crypt of an animal exposed to radiation. The apoptotic cells are counted, and in radiation dose corresponding to the neutron is calculated by the expression of D = (-b + root square(b2) - 4c(a-Y))/2c, wherein Y is the number of apoptotic cells per crypt, D is an exposure dose corresponding to the neutron, (a) has the value of 0.18, and (b) and (c) have ranges of 9.728±0.887 and -4.727±1.033, respectively.
