PURPOSE: A high frequency band pass filter using crosstalk coupling is provided to control easily an attenuation characteristic of a low frequency band by controlling easily the amount of crosstalk coupling. CONSTITUTION: The first TEM mode dielectric coaxial resonator(1) are not adjacent to the third TEM mode dielectric coaxial resonator(3). Coupling windows(4,5) are formed on each side of the first and the third TEM mode dielectric coaxial resonators(1,3), respectively. A coupling pad(6) and an insulating layer(7) are formed between the coupling windows(4,5) of the first and the third TEM mode dielectric coaxial resonators(1,3). The coupling windows(4,5), the coupling pad(6), and the insulating layer(7) are used for forming crosstalk coupling between the first and the third TEM mode dielectric coaxial resonators(1,3).
