PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lock control system using a more reliable cellular phone that can cope with the illegal use of the cellular phone. SOLUTION: First, the cellular phone 30 calls an electronic lock apparatus 10 for certifying and acquiring a certification code. Then, using the acquired certification code, the cellular phone 30 requests the lock control apparatus to execute locking/unlocking. The lock control apparatus locks and unlocks the electronic lock apparatus 10 as far as the certification code is valid.
