TRAFFIC CONTROL METHOD AND BASE STATION APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for securing impartiality for traffic control algorism that is used in the time-scheduling circuit at a base station for controlling communication with a subscriber station by the base station in a system that uses a TDMA/TDD system for carrying out communication according to fixed radio access. SOLUTION: In the system that uses the TDMA/TDD system for communicating between the fixed base station and plural fixed subscriber stations, the base station has the time-scheduling circuit for controlling traffic to the plural subscriber stations so that the traffic becomes impartial. The time-scheduling circuit impartially controls the amount of traffic in a down direction from the base station to the direction of a subscriber station, at the same time, monitors the amount of traffic in the down direction, and controls priority for sending the traffic in an up direction toward the base station from the subscriber station based on the amount of traffic, thus adjusting the amount of traffic in the down direction.
