METHOD AND DEVICE FOR CONTROLLING PART FEEDER

PURPOSE: To provide a method for controlling a part feeder which can correctly be vibrated by a simple structure and is free from an unnecessary vibration and attenuation. CONSTITUTION: A vibration element 16 vibrating at a prescribed frequency, a vibration device 14 fitted with the element 16. a vibration circuit 20 for driving the element 16, and a control part 22 which sends a driving signal to the circuit 20 for a prescribed vibration of the circuit 20 are provided. A signal detecting means which drives the element 16 temporarily at a frequency different from an ordinary driving frequency every prescribed driving frequency of the element 16 and detects a signal waveform obtained from the element 16 during the vibration period is provided in the control part 22. The control part 22 has a phase difference detecting means for detecting the phase difference between a vibration signal waveform and the driving signal waveform of the circuit 20 and a vibration controlling means for controlling the vibration of the element 16 based on the obtained phase difference.
