PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information editing system capable of transferring transfer information while automatically eliminating advertisement information from the transfer information or transferring the information as it is without eliminating the advertisement information in accordance with a domain to which a transfer destination address belongs. SOLUTION: This system is provided with a transfer destination address acquiring means (S2) for acquiring a transfer destination address to which the transfer information should be transferred. It is provided with a domain deciding means (S3) for deciding whether or not the transfer destination address belongs to a particular domain. It is provided with an advertisement information elimination instruction issuing means (S5) for issuing an instruction to the effect that the advertisement information should be eliminated from the transfer information when the domain deciding means (S3) decides that the transfer destination address does not belong to any particular domain.
