PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an application information providing method and device capable of positively providing an opportunity of recruitment to an applicant and providing efficient recruitment to a recruiter. SOLUTION: Since the applicant can precedently register application information in an application information storage 28 at a random time and disclosure information included in the application information is disclosed by a disclosing means 80 after registration in the application information storage 28 and subjected to browsing and selecting of the recruiter, the opportunity of recruitment can be positively provided to the applicant. Since the recruiter can search the disclosure information registered and disclosed by the applicant at a random time, and acquire authentication for browsing by an browsing authenticating means 84 when it is determined that an input requesting browsing of undisclosed information of an applicant in which the recruiter is interested is determined by an undisclosed information browsing application determining means 82, the recruiter can freely select an applicant for a desired purpose without using mass media or an advertisement medium. |
