Flexible corridor is made from a series of extruded U-section flexible strips fastened by their edges to curved metal frames. The flexible extrusions, cut to the same length as the frames, have edges of harpoon-shaped cross-section, while the metal frames have channels with sides that can be bent open to receive the extrusion edges and then pinched together to grip them with ribbed inner surfaces. Flexible corridor is made from a series of extruded U-section flexible strips (1) fastened by their edges (5) to curved metal frames (2). The flexible extrusions, cut to the same length as the frames, have edges of harpoon-shaped cross-section, while the metal frames have channels with sides that can be bent open to receive the extrusion edges and then pinched together to grip them with ribbed inner surfaces. Each of the frames has two channels to hold edges of adjacent flexible strips, which are preferably extruded from an elastomer material with optional reinforcement. During assembly the metal frames are held at the required spacing on a suitable support while the flexible strips are fitted to them
