摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gear transmission mechanism having an electric motor for gear transmission which reduces speed fluctuation even if a motor speed fluctuation of a constant cycle is generated. SOLUTION: The electric motor for gear transmission structure is of a three-phase 8-pole electric motor and generates 24 times of torque fluctuation in one rotation. In the 24 torque fluctuations during one rotation, when the A-phase is energized and the position at which the magnet pole center of the A-phase stator agrees to the magnet pole center of the rotor is defined as the rotational angle 0 degree, a generated torque when the two phases are energized becomes the maximum at the position of the rotational angle 0 degree. The transmission torque of the motor gear and the transmission gear used for the gear transmission structure and engaged each other alternately generates 24 times of the minimum transmission torque and the maximum transmission torque in one rotation, and the minimum transmission torque is generated when a tooth of one gear is engaged with one of the other. The engaging angle of a tooth of the motor gear with a tooth of the transmission gear is made agreed when the rotational angle that the generated torque becomes the maximum is 0 degree.
