The target (1) has a central part (2) which extends parallel to the shinbone and pin (4), and which has cross-direction aiming and positioning devices (3, 6, 7, 14, 15, 23, 25 ; 12, 13, 20, 21, 36) mounted on its top end facing the tibias head and on its bottom end facing away from the tibias head. These devices are used to clamp the pin into a non-rotary position via its top end, and to position the bottom end in the vertical and horizontal directions, so that lower cross-fixing devices can be mounted. The aiming and positioning devices can be mounted relative to a symmetry plane (33) extending through the vertical central length plane of the central part of the target, so that a single aiming device and a single positioning device are required at the top and bottom ends for implantation in both the left and right shinbone.
