PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a barrier free balcony capable of reducing a construction cost by simplifying a structure of a drain route while utilizing a permeable mortar having a permeable performance to eliminate the formation of a drain gutter or the cut-off treatment of an aluminium sash frame. SOLUTION: The barrier free balcony 1 is constituted of a balcony 10 constituted of a predetermined uneven step and a drainage slope by simultaneous casting with a skeleton, a membrane waterproofing applied to the upper surface of the balcony and two permeable mortar layers 5 and 6 with different permeable performances constituted of the height capable of ensuring a barrier free on the membrane waterproofing, a balcony with a standard constitution is utilized to absorb rain water entered in the balcony into the permeable mortar layers constituted in the uneven step section and, the drainage slope of the balcony and the drain gutter 15 are utilized to make continuity absorb rain water to the drain gutter 15.
