PURPOSE: A tube with an opened funnel for the arthroscope operation is provided to reduce the damage having influence on a patient by minimizing the size and length of a suture hook. CONSTITUTION: A tube for the arthroscope operation has a funnel shape on its inlet and its length is shortened for moving the suture hook in bending state. A diameter of the inlet is 5.4mm. For promoting the insertion of suture hook, the tube has an adapter of a tongue shape. The adapter is inclined on the tube. A handle grip is provided on the tube in order to allow an operator to easily handle the tube. The handle grip is parallel to the adapter. Therefore, a bent apparatus such as the suture hook is able to be inserted into the patient without affecting the damage on the patient.
