PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet-like medium alignment device for preventing the injury of a hand and the breakage of an aligning means due to the interference of the operator's hand with an aligning member during picking out a sheet medium, an image forming device and a sheet medium afterprocessing device. SOLUTION: The aligning means 102a is movable from a position of aligning operation of the sheet medium on stacking means to a position of storage in a body where it can be stored. It is also movable from the position of storage to the position of the aligning operation.
