摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide highly heat-resistant flexible synthetic release paper excellent in crack resistance, heat resistance and durability and to simplify a manufacturing process by performing the fusion bonding of a resin layer and a base material and the application of an embossed pattern to the resin layer at the same time. SOLUTION: The highly heat-resistant flexible synthetic release paper is manufactured by applying a thermoplastic resin to base material paper by coextrusion lamination or single-layer extrusion lamination and immediately passing the base material paper coated with the resin through the nip between a cooling roll to which the embossed pattern is preformed and a flat nip roll while holding the termoplastic resin to a molten state so as to bring the back surface of the base material paper into contact with the nip roll not only to form a thermoplastic resin layer having the embossed pattern formed thereto but also to bond the base material paper and the thermoplastic resin layer.</p>
