<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a therapeutic agent for chronic rheumatism having antiproliferative effect for synovial cells, and to provide a preliferation inhibitor for synovial cells. SOLUTION: This therapeutic agent for chronic rheumatism is obtained by including a compound represented by the general formula (1) [wherein, R<1> , R<2> , R<3> and R<4> may be the same or different and are each H, a halogen, hydroxy, nitro, a (substituted) alkyl or a (substituted) alkoxy; R<1> and R<2> , R<2> and R<3> and R<3> and R<4> may each mutually be linked to form an alkylenedioxy; R<5> is H or a (substituted) alkyl; and R<6> is H or a (substituted) alkyl] as the active ingredient.</p> |
