PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic composition capable of preparing stiff- consistent concrete excellent in a filling property and a surface finish property in a product capable of immediately after molding. SOLUTION: The hydraulic composition contains (A) 100 pt.wt. cement of 2500-5000 cm<2> /g Blaine specific surface area (B) 15-50 pt.wt. inorganic particle A of 5500-10000 cm<2> /g Blaine specific area (C) 15-50 pt.wt. inorganic particle B of 1000-2000 cm<2> /g Blaine specific area. Moreover, it is preferable that <=100 pt.wt. inorganic powder C of 2500-4000 cm<2> /g Blaine specific area, and >=0.8 circularity, is added to the 100 pt.wt. cement.
