PURPOSE:To increase load application rate remarkably by providing a fuel-air mixing valve for mixing air and fuel in it and injecting the mixture into an exhaust manifold and also providing a glow plug for igniting air-fuel mixture covering from the mixing valve. CONSTITUTION:A fuel-air mixing valve A, to which pressurized air is supplied from an air reservoir bomb 21 and fuel is supplied from a fuel pump 22 corresponding to load application rate, is provided. These air and fuel are mixed in the mixing valve A and injected into an exhaust manifold 5. The air-fuel mixture from the mixing valve A is ignited by a glow plug B. Even if any sudden load is requested for an engine proper by a generator 2, exhaust gas energy will by increased suddenly by the operation of the fuel-air mixing valve A and the glow plug B. Thus, load application rate can be increased remarkably. |
