PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical fiber composite overhead earth-wire preventing a tape fiber housed in the groove of a spacer from being pulled into a protective pipe and the transmission loss of an optical fiber from increasing even in the case of being spread between steel tower supports with a large height difference. SOLUTION: The optical fiber composite overhead earth-wire is provided with the spacer 17 for which a plurality of the grooves 17s are formed in a longitudinal direction, a plurality of the tape fibers 16 respectively housed inside the grooves 17s of the spacer 17, the protective pipe 12 housing the spacer 17 housing the tape fibers 16, a plurality of conductor wires 13 stranded on the outer periphery of the protective pipe 12 and an adhesive material 19 fixing the tape fibers 16 inside the grooves 17s of the spacer 17 with a fixed interval in the longitudinal direction.
