PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof floor pan of a bathroom unit, which enables a step-over height to be varied according to a user stepping into a bathtub. SOLUTION: The waterproof floor pan of the bathroom is formed with a bank part for dividing a bathtub side and a washing-place side. The bank part and a wall placing part on an outer periphery are formed in an integral manner. The waterproof floor pan has a frame-body shape such that the bank part is taken as a boundary and such that openings are provided on both sides. An opening part on the washing-place side is provided with an opening closing cover undergoing non-slip working.
