PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a compound having excellent CSS durability, useful for a lubricant for a hard disk. SOLUTION: This phosphazene compound comprises a sequence in which perfluorooxyalkylene units selected from -CF2 O- and -CF2 CF2 O are randomly distributed and is represented by formula (1): AOCH2 CF2 O (CF2 CF2 O)p (CF2 O)q CF2 CH2 OH (1) containing a functional end group A [A is a group represented by formula (a); R is a hydrogen atom, a 1-4C alkyl, a 1-4C alkoxy, a 1-4C haloalkyl, an aryl, a substituted aryl, an aryloxy or a substituted aryloxy; p and q are each an actual number of 1-30]. |
