<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a user from involuntarily halting an alarm and oversleeping, when an alarm (time announcing) function of a portable radio terminal device is used as an alarm clock. SOLUTION: The control of operating the alarm at a set time, temporarily halting the alarm when time T1 has elapsed, and re-driving the alarm, when time T3 has elapsed is repeated by a set number of times N. When any key is depressed for a time T2 or longer during alarm output, the alarm is completed. When the pressing down is performed for the time T2 or less, the alarm output is finished. Then when the set re-announcing time T3 has elapsed, the alarm is outputted again. A means for the user to set the number of times N for the operations, the times T2 and T3, a set time for starting, an announcing means, etc., is prepared to enable the flexible ways of using the alarm by the user.</p> |
