PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for coupling a fastener of a simple small-sized structure having a plurality of shaft housing preventing means capable of simply regulating to match the diameter of the shaft of the fastener, to a holding tape. SOLUTION: The apparatus for coupling the fastener of a head comprises a fastener bearing member body 35 for holding the distal end of the shaft of the fastener housed in the groove of a wheel 13 to prevent housing of the plurality of shafts of the fasteners in the grooves of the wheel 13 at a fastener supply passage outlet of a guide 9 of the apparatus, a support member 38 fixed to the guide so as to movably support the bearing member body in a vertical direction, and a coiled spring 42 for always energizing the bearing member upward so as to float the distal end of the shaft of the fastener from the bottom of the groove of the wheel. The fastener bearing member or the support member is formed in a shape for holding the distal end of the shaft of the fastener so as not to house the plurality of the shafts of the fastener to be coupled to the tape in the grooves of the wheel when the fastener 10c having the shaft of the same diameter as that of the fastener 10a to be coupled to the tape is inserted between the bearing member body 35 and the support member 38.
