SOLUTION: A position determining part 14a discriminates and determines the latitude and longitude of the aircraft to acquire position data showing the latitude and longitude and discriminates and determines the altitude of the aircraft to acquire altitude data showing the altitude, and outputs the position data and altitude data as three-dimensional position data showing the three-dimensional position of the aircraft. A topographic information composing part 14c combines the flight predetermined altitude data of the aircraft with topographic data to generate first composite data showing the distance relation between the flight predetermined altitude of the aircraft and an elevation line specified by the topographic data. A two-dimensional information composing part 14b composes altitude data showing the present altitude position of the aircraft on the basis of the position data of the aircraft, to acquire second composite data. A two-dimensional image generating art 14d generates a two-dimensional image showing at least the elevation line, flight predetermined altitude and present altitude position, on the basis of the second composite data, and displays the two-dimensional image as the flight profile on a display device 17.
