SOLUTION: This method for scrapping an treating the biodegradable polymer comprises contacting an aliphatic polyester resin composition as the biodegradable polymer with treating water to obtain the intermediate degradation product, and finally treating the intermediate degradation product with a microorganism method compost-forming device.
